Microbes are nature's waste degraders. Naturally occurring microbes are found in our rivers, streams and soil. The slippery substance found under rocks in river beds is "biofilm," or microbe colonies. The microbes consume the waste products in the water and, thereby, clean it up.

In spite of all the good that microbes do, we often associate microbes with "germs" which are harmful -- however, less than 1% of all microbes fit this category. Because of the scientific nature of our product and the very special care taken in the preparation and packaging, you can be sure that Gator Trap is absolutely free of harmful microbes. In fact, Gator Trap is certified to be free of any "bad" microbes.

Gator Trap is the highest quality microbial product of its kind on the market. It is a scientific blend of multiple strains of naturally occurring active microbes which are capable of literally consuming all of the organic contaminants that clog drain lines and fill up grease traps. These strains digest organic waste such as fat, grease, oil, protein, starch, cellulose, and detergent.

The blend is synergistic, which means that all strains are compatible with each other and compliment each other's activity. Gator Trap has over 500 billion active microbes per gallon of product.

Using Gator Trap will...

  • reduce frequency of grease trap pump outs,
  • prevent drain line blockage,
  • eliminate odors,
  • reduce the number of insects because their food source is eliminated,
  • reduce a restaurant's overhead expense as regular pump outs are reduced and drain line clearings are practically eliminated,
    and
  • totally digest food products in the plumbing system (enzymes do not digest food products).

Gator Trap...

  • has the greatest number of microbes per gallon on the market,
  • is environmentally safe and easy to use -- non-hazardous,
  • employs the same concept waste water treatment plants use to treat sewage wastes,
  • digests fats, grease, oil, protein, cellulose, starch, and detergents
  • produces only carbon dioxide and water as the by-products of digesting food sources,
    and
  • contains microbes which double in number every 20 minutes (enzymes do not reproduce).
